About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of initiatives for Sidecar Health. You’ll work closely with other product leaders and cross-functional business partners to build consensus on priorities and drive key business metrics, improving our customer experience and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do 

  • Work with cross-functional teams in the ideation, technical development, and launch of initiatives for Sidecar Health
  • Collaborate with engineering to scope upcoming projects, break them into user stories, and prioritize them into sprints so that we are constantly releasing incremental value
  • Lead a team of engineers and product designers to deliver features in line with the product roadmap
  • Partner with the product design team to review usability studies and research to shape both existing and upcoming user flows
  • Work with the business insights team to measure, assess, and project financial performance
  • Collaborate with other members of the product management team on internal processes, procedures, and documentation to improve the department's overall operations

What You'll Bring 

  • 2 years of product management experience
  • Ability to break large problems down into smaller parts that can be released incrementally for testing or delivering value early
  • Ability to frame and add structure to chaotic/ambiguous situations and decisions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence
  • Strong understanding of Agile development and Scrum methodology
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a passion for a data-driven culture
  • Proficient SQL skills for independent analysis and investigations
  • Ability to absorb technical requirements and communicate them to a broad business audience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup a plus
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus

Sidecar Health adopts a market-based approach to compensation, where base pay varies depending on location and is further influenced by job-related skills and experience. The current expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000.
